How do I cancel the subscription?
iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Chega → Cancel subscription. Cancelling during the free trial (up to 24h before it ends) means nothing is charged. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
I switched iPhones. How do I recover my subscription?
Open the app and tap "Restore purchases" (on the welcome screen or in Settings). The subscription is tied to your Apple account.
I set the wrong quit date. Can I fix it?
Yes: app Settings → "Edit my quit date".
I relapsed. Did I lose everything?
No. Log the relapse in the check-in — your record is kept and the counter restarts. Relapse is part of recovery; what matters is restarting the same day.
How do you calculate "money recovered"?
From the weekly spend you reported in the quiz we compute a daily rate and add it up since your quit date. It is a motivational estimate — redo onboarding if your pattern changed.
How do I delete my data?
App Settings → "Delete my data". That removes everything from the device immediately. For subscription/analytics data held by our providers, write to privacidade@chega.app (see the Privacy Policy).
Does the app block betting sites and apps?
The current version focuses on the recovery program (counter, money recovered, panic button, check-ins). Site blocking is on our roadmap — write to us if it matters to you.
